Zaytsev Institute of the Criminal Procedural Detention according to the Legislation of the Russian Federation and the Federative Republic of GermanyAbstract: comparatively, the author analyses the problems, connected with the detention of a person, accused or suspected in a crime. The author concludes, that the critics of the modern criminal procedural legislation of Russia is adequate. Comparatively, the author makes the foundation for detention, provided by the legislation of RF and FRG.
