Lipchanskaya, M. A. Forms of Participation of Citizens in the Management of State Affairs in the Sphere of Executive Power.Abstract: The article is devoted to the forms of participation of citizens in the management of state affairs realized in the sphere of executive power. The author concludes that participation of citizens in the management of state affairs in the sphere of executive power is achieved through their influence on management decision making. The author of the article also describes the two basic forms of such participation, direct and oblique.
