Abstract: The problems of forced labor and human traffi cking have priority in international and national legal studies, as well as in the activities of international organizations. In this article the author offers her approaches to this problem from the point of view of analysis of formation of principles of protection of individuals from forced states, clarifying the contents of international legal conventions in this sphere, as well as perspectives of implementation of mechanisms for the protection of groups of maximum risk, such as illegal migrants, women and children.
