Yaroslavtsev, V. V. Legal Regulation of Labor during the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945)Abstract: The article considers the questions of the Soviet labor law and legal regulation of labor during the war. Mobilization of a great number of Soviet citizens in the Red Army and Navy, the fi rst hard months of the war due to evacuation of a number of plants into the eastern regions of the USSR required the entire system of labor relations to be reconstructed. It created new grounds for labor relations based not on the parties’ agreement but on mobilization of labor resources.
