Abstract: The article considers the issues of methodology of cognition of financial law occurrences. It is underlined that there is a certain need in a systematic approach to understanding of all the complexity of financial law elements. The authors of the article also gave their own suggestions on how to develop the strategy of arranging financial law mechanisms in accordance with the purposes of state administration and financial activity of a state institution.
