Hischenko, A. S. Development of Institute of Mediation in Russia

Abstract: The article is devoted to the basic theoretical questions of legal regulation of the mediation institute in Russia. The author revealed the inter-disciplinary nature of the institute and described the origin and perspectives of this legal institute in Russian law enforcement. The article also contains the analysis of the central and problematic aspects of applying this form of regulation of legal conflicts in actual law enforcement.
