Kryazhkov “Native minorities of the North in the Russian law” the reader may find the key conclusions of the author, which characterize his input into the legal scientific studies in this sphere. Based on analysis of Russian and foreign practice author of the book analyzes some previously little analyzed aspects of constitutional and legal status of such peoples, the possibilities for their protection.
