Dubovik, O.L. Crime and criminal law: current problems and means of their solution with the help of new forms of international cooperation

Abstract: The review includes the results of the First Session of the International Forum on Crime and Criminal Law at the Age of Globalization, which took place in October 2009 in Beijing. The author stresses views of a number of states on making fighting trans-national crime and terrorism more efficient. The author also shows specific features of national legislations on criminal responsibility for such acts. Much attention is paid to judicial practice, and efforts to overcome these problems.
