Abstract: Review is devoted to some issues of legal regulation of territorial planning in the city of Moscow. It is devoted to some issues of history, formation, realization and actualization of the General Plan of the City of Moscow. Additionally, the analysis includes some features of the City-Planning Code of the City of Moscow in the sphere of realization of General Plan of the City, and territorial planning.
