Abstract: Currently in Russia, as well as in some foreign states, there are special laws on concession agreements, which establishes the guarantees for rights and lawful interests of its participants. Correlation of provisions of this law and the pre-existent approaches in Russian legal theory and practice is what this article is centered upon.
