Law and power in the conflicts related to implementation of the rights of citizens to association.Abstract: The events in the large cities of Russia in early 2007 clearly showed the value of the implementation of rights of citizens to peacefully gather, as provided by Art. 31 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. This problem has more to it than just the political dimension.
