Dorfman, M.M. Disciplinary proceeding regarding advocates: experience of the Israeli advocacy bar.Abstract: Israel is the country with the largest percentage of lawyers per capita in the world. There is one lawyer for every two hundred residents of the country. In this paper, the author examines the main definitions, rules and characteristics of disciplinary proceedings against lawyers in Israel.
