Bykova I.Y. Comparison of Supervising Process in Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Ukraine

Abstract: In this article, the author compares the supervisory proceedings in civil proceedings of the Russian Federation with the corresponding proceedings in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Belarus and Ukraine. The subject of the research is the law governing the excitation (initiation) of oversight proceedings and revision process (checking) entered into force court decisions, taken in civil cases in the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation; law governing the review proceedings in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the law governing trial of cases in the court of supervisory instance the Republic of Belarus, as well as the law governing judicial review of decisions by the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
