Vlasova N.V. Unification Trends in Private International Law: UNIDROIT’s WorkAbstract: The article is devoted to examination of the principles of organization the UNIDROIT’s work on unification and harmonization of private international law. The author notes the main documents prepared with the participation of UNIDROIT. The author comes to conclusion about expansion of UNIDROIT’s work and tendency to the non-conventional regulation of relations of the participants of international commerce.
