Rules for articles in web journals

You are on the main page of the Author's Zone of the NOTA BENE publishing house (NB-Media LLC). By registering in it, you can submit an article to open access online scientific journals, as well as find out the status of consideration of submitted articles, get acquainted with editorial comments and review texts and order additional services, edit your personal data entered during registration, change your password, etc.

Our scientific journals are published on the Internet on the pages of our website nbpublish.com . They have all the attributes of a scientific journal: editorial office, editorial board, ISSN, state registration. All articles are indexed in the RSCI and receive a universal digital identifier DOI. Electronic publications of full open access are many times more cited and are of greater interest to authors.

Before submitting an article for consideration, it is necessary to accept the terms of the offer agreement in the author's zone. The publishing house does not accept articles previously published in other publications (the article must differ by at least 30% from previously published materials (special attention is paid to scientific novelty). After accepting the offer agreement, the author cannot send the article to other publishers.

The article is loaded in two stages. First, the author enters only the basic data of the article: title, abstract, selects the journal for publication. At the first stage, it is necessary to enter all the listed data at once. First read the detailed requirements for the annotation.

At the second stage, additional data and an article are loaded. This process can be stretched by the author from a few minutes to several months. But only when all the necessary data is entered, you will have the opportunity to send the article for consideration to the editorial board of the journal.

You will need to enter data about your co-authors. Specify the data correctly, check their correctness before sending the article for review. Even typos, for example, in the name of your university can lead to serious problems. After the publication of the article, any edits in the output data are carried out only on a paid basis, since the article will be re-examined. Please note, when registering and when adding co-authors, you can add your photo or a photo of a co-author. An article published with photos looks much more pleasant to read. If you did not add a photo during registration, you can add it after entering the author's zone in the personal data editing section.

The metadata of the article includes keywords and phrases. Each of them should be added to a separate field. According to the rules of the publishing house, the keyword is considered two or three words. Four or more words cannot be used.

When adding a Russian-language bibliography, adhere to the following standards:

In the article, the reference to the source from the list of references should be indicated in square brackets, for example, [1]. A link to a source with a page can be specified, for example, [1, p. 57], to a group of sources, for example, [1, 3], [5-7]. Paginated links and footnotes are prohibited. If you use a footnote that does not contain a link to the source, for example, an explanation of the term, include a footnote in the text of the article.

You can enter the text of an article from a Word document into the Author's Zone or copy it manually, chapter by chapter. An abstract, a list of keywords, a list of references will be added to your article automatically, based on the data entered. After exporting an article from a Word document, you need to carefully review the text and, if necessary, make edits. For each illustration to the article, there must be a signature in Russian and English.

Pay attention to the examples of correctly designed links given on the site in the section To authors-Rules of registration of the list of references

And it should be borne in mind that the editorial board does not edit articles for the author without his knowledge.
