Petrova E.A. Treaties in Law Systems of Russia and the United States: Comparative Legal Analysis

Abstract: The object of research is specificity of action of norms of the international contracts in national legal systems on an example of Russia and the USA acts. Taking into account the basic concepts of the relationship between international and domestic law (monistic and dualistic) the mechanism of action of self-executing treaties and non-self-executing treaties of the international treaties during the regulation of relations within the domestic jurisdiction of the state. The article also analyzes the issues relation to the validity of treaty rules and domestic laws, in particular, the constitutional norms and standards laws (statutes).
