Schtage D. Criminal Responsibility for Call to Vigilante Justice according to the Criminal Legislation of Germany

Abstract: in the article, the author speaks about the problem of the vigilance justice according to legal procedures of Germany. The concrete examples of vigilance justice are shown, along with their causes and consequences. The author points out the carelessness and irresponsibility of those, calling for vigilance justice, including these by means of Internet. The author gives a criminal legal qualifi cation of such actions.
