Abstract: This article includes analysis of the geopolitical aspects of the foreign policy of Russia based on the Example of the Eurasian Economic Union. The author characterizes the tendencies in the global community, which take place under the influence of the forming new world order – multipolar world. The author analyzes the threats to the national security of Russia, which appear due to the strife among the world powers for leadership and control over the integration processes in the Eurasian territory.
