Putilo N.V. Scientific (Scientific and Technological) Examination: a Comparative Analysis of Legal Regulation in the CIS CountriesAbstract: The article deals with aspects of regulation of expert activity in the legal acts of CIS countries. It is concluded about the need for special regulation of scientific (scientific and technical) expertise in legislative acts. The proposals for the further development of the legal regulation of expert activities in innovation-oriented economies are formulated.
