Abstract: The review of research results, executed by Russian and Ukrainian scientists, concerns the ecological sectors of international and National law. On the assumption of research results, the author presents two basic conditions of overcoming ecological crisis: ensuring of ecological democracy, forming of economically profitable conditions of Nature protection.
