Kashanin Demarcation Criteria in the System of Copyright in the USA Abstract: The article treats the problem of finding criteria of copyrightable and non copyrightable in the system of the copyright in the USA, modeling different theoretical models of the demarcation criteria. The author shows how these models evolve in the direction of instumentalization, loss of methodological unity and the utilization of predominately Negative demarcation criteria.
