N.M. Bevelikova Constitutional Basis of Judicial Power in China, Korea and Japan

Abstract: Article is devoted to the analysis of the judiciary in China, Korea and Japan as a relatively independent authority. The author examines the trend towards strengthening the role of the judiciary as the guardian of law during the development of constitutionalism in these East Asian countries. The article highlighted the constitutional powers of the higher courts considered states. The article defines the features of the constitutional–legal status of judges and principles of justice in each considered State.
