T.V. Chernyshova Conciliation in the Law: Historical Experience

Abstract: Some problems of historical aspects of the legal conciliation are considered in the present article. The author notes that conciliation is one of the most ancient means of resolving conflicts. Here in conciliation should be seen as a complex institution and an integral component of religion, morality and law.
