F.A. Leschenkov Legal Comparative Aspects of Delegation of Powers in Russia and Other Federal States.

Abstract: In this article the author examines the delegation of powers as an instrument of solution of conflicts between federation and its subjects. Experience of Russian Federation and other modern federations in this sphere is also examined. Additional attention is drawn to issues of mechanism of delegation of powers in federal countries.
