L.K. Tereshchenko Freedom of Information and E–Piracy

Abstract: The article covers some issues concerning freedom of information in the Internet and the requirement of respect for the rights of copyright owners. The author concentrates on the foreign experience in legal regulation of these relations, the solutions proposed by Russian legal experts and court practice in the field of copyright protection.
