Savchenko V.V. Narcotization of the Russian provincial youth as a threat to national security of the state.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of narcotization of the young people in the Russian provinces from the position of a real threat to national security of the modern Russia. The author provides the results of the monitoring, which was held in 2007 – 2010 in Stavropol, evaluating the narco-situation among the students. The author points out the need to establish the efficient system to prevent drug, tobacco and alcohol addictions among the young people at the municipal level.
