Abstract: Issuing of national legislation on compensation of nuclear harm and on nuclear insurance in accordance with international conventions on civil law responsibility for nuclear harm, shall allow Russia to join the existing international legal regime in this sphere, and therefore to gain the prerequisites for its introduction into the international nuclear market.
