Abstract: The article deals with the practice of setting the unemployment benefit amount for the individuals temporary lost their jobs in UIS countries. The author puts forward the idea of improving the employment legislation in UIS, since the payment of unemployment provides the acceptable living standard and welfare through the period of searching for proper job.
