Pshenichnikov, A. G. Administrative Law Aspects of State Policy in the Sphere of Banking

Abstract: as the author of the article has noted, there are completely different terms in legal science and legislation describing the government’s influence on banking. The author concluded that the term ‘state management of banking’ included ‘state regulation of banking’ as well as ‘bank regulation’ and ‘bank supervision’ carried out by the Bank of Russia. However, at the present time some entities of private law are starting to realize public functions. It brings the need to form a centralized government’s influence in the sphere of banking through the term ‘state policy’
