R eview: the article is aimed at overcoming the law nihilism and gaining the culture of the human and civil rights and freedoms. Rights and freedoms are viewed as elements of a legal status which includes not only constitutional rights and freedoms but also all rights and freedoms resulting from normative legal acts (domestic and international ones).
