Dizer, O. A. Peculiarities of the administrative responsibility for prostitutionAbstract: It is the first time in Russian history that public morality is viewed by the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation. It was due to an objective need to reinforce activities against the growing number of violations in that sphere. In this respect, the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation was supposed to become one of the effective measures to prevent and suppress violations in the sphere of public morality. The article is devoted to the problems of applying the article 6.11 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation which creates responsibility for prostitution.
