Shmaraev, V.V. Subject of financial control within the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation

Abstract: As the author of this article points out, while the institution of financial control is well-studied, the subjects of financial control within the system of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation are not sufficiently well evaluated. That is why there’s currently a need for the studies of financial control within the MIA system, such as this one.
