Abstract: Administrative responsibility of employers is one of the key means of protection of the rights of workers. However, the rights of employers also need to be protected. This article is devoted to the topical problems of filing complaints in court by the juridical persons in order to challenge the administrative decisions by which these persons were brought to administrative responsibility for the violations in the sphere of labour.
