Mironov, A. N. Perspectives of Legal Regulation of Lobbying Methods

Abstract: The central problem of legal regulation of lobbying is to define the permissible limits of lobbying in regard to its methods of influencing the public authorities. The law on regulation of lobbying should contain permission of adequate methods and prohibition of negative methods of influence.
