Abstract: On June 27, 2009 a talented Russian scientist Gennady Vasilyevich Ossipov celebrated his 80th birthday. Gennady Osipov holds many titles such as the Doctor of Philosophy, President of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Director of the Institute of Social and Political Researches of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
