Abstract: This review is devoted to the work by Ewa M. Guzik-Makaruk, Doctor of Law, Professor of the Belostok University (Poland), which is formed based on comparative legal approach and interdisciplinary approach, since the problem of transplantation of organs, tissues and cells is analyzed based on the legislation, practice and doctrine of such states as the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Republic of Poland with the involvement of the sources of international law and the law of the EU.
