Levina, S.V. Educational function of law and legal education: on the issue of correlation of terms.

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the educative function of law and legal education the author of this article analyses the correlation of these terms, reflecting their place and role in the development of the modern society. Much attention is paid to the importance of their implementation in order to successfully form civil society and jural state.
