Poyarkov, S.Y. Ideology of Russian constitutionalism as a condition for the development of civil society

Abstract: This article includes evaluation of ideology of Russian constitutionalism as the basis for the formation of the full-scale civil society in Russia. He points out, that the activities of the state government based on the Russian constitutionalism ideology and its basic ideas, shall allow not only to duly develop the institutions of civil society and to duly protect it.
