Abstract: Authors study the topical issues of control and check-up of the version of causing death by accident with use of firearms. The authors pay attention to the possible options for feigning the situation and the mean of causing harm, as well as the issue of recognizing traumatic arms as firearms, and the cartridges as ammunition.
