Abstract: In the modern world the fight among the states and forming civilizations becomes more and more harsh, and it touches upon not only political and social spheres, but also the values and images of future. Today the Russian world is a global net-like structure, which includes the organizations of foreign compatriots, the Russian studies centers, business and social centers, all of which find its center of attraction in Russia.
