Abstract: As the authors of this article point out, the Rule of Law, which was essentially established as prohibition of arbitrary decisions among the subjects of law, juridical equality and access to judicial protection of human rights and freedoms, currently gains the prerequisites for its broad application due to the spread of the judicial bodies (both national and international).
