Dobrynin, N.M. Russian constitutionalism: new review at the anniversary.

Abstract: As the author of this article points out, rather than reforming the Constitution of the Russian Federation one should pay attention to use of its existing capabilities, which could be applied to improve the democratic elements and separation of powers, as well as the relations between the federal center and the constituent subjects considerably.
