Specific features of qualification and distinction of crimes against constitutional labor rights of people from the related crimes and offences.Abstract: In fighting the criminal violations of the labor protection rules it’s important to correctly qualify these deeds and to distinguish them from related crimes. The analysis of investigation and judicial practice shows that serious mistakes are often committed in qualification of such activities. This article is devoted to detailed analysis of this particular type of crimes.
