Abstract: Finding out the place and role of the military servants of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation within the political life of the modern Russian state, the specific features of their political activity is of great interest for both legal scholars and legal practitioners, and it is quite a topical problem for social and political analysis. The theoretical and practical need in the studies of political activities of the military servants and the lack of due theoretical scientific basis in this sphere predefine the need for the studies of their modern state.
