Akramova, A.T. Liberal heritage of I. Berlin.

Abstract: This article is devoted to the influence of the scientific heritage of the revivor of the liberal political thought of the USA and Europea – I. Berlin on the classic schools of liberalism and on formation of the modern theory. As the author points out there is not much completed studies on this subject to be found. This is due to prohibition of works of this author and the ideology of the Soviet Union. The first works of the I. Berlin were only published in 1998, that is one year after his death.
