Abstract: Terrorism is the global problem of our time. Legislative basis of fighting terrorism should ensure fast and effective investigation and arrest of terrorists, exchange of information before the terrorist attack. In this article Professor Trunov expresses his view on the problem of terrorism and legislative basis for fighting financing of terrorism, studies practice of foreign states on this problem.
