Korotkova, O.A. Social expertise as means of improvement of quality of legislative activity

Abstract: As the author of this article points out, in late years in the Russian Federation the discussion of new forms of interaction between the government and the society have been topical. The social expertise of those decisions of the state that are being made is one of such forms of interaction. It is especially important to include expertise of legislative drafts, since it might allow to avoid and prevent conflicts in the society.
