Fedosenko, V.A. Topical issues of state civil service in the Russian Federation: regulations on following the requirements to the civil service behavior and regulation of conflict of interests.

Abstract: On March 03, 2007, Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 269 "On commissions for compliance with the requirements for the official conduct of State civil servants of the Russian Federation and settlement of conflicts of Interest" was signed, which approved the regulations on the relevant commissions. This work is intended to analyze the essence and significance of these documents for the practical regulation of official relations within the framework of the reforms that are gaining momentum – administrative and civil service.
