Trunov, I.L. Legal regulation of private military campaigns.Abstract: The article concerns legal, organizational and political bases for private military campaigns, the author discusses their specific features, he studies foreign experience in the sphere of this topical issue, and based upon these studies he draws a conclusion on the need to improve legislation in the sphere of legal regulation and fighting private military campaigns.
