Barriers for Creating Religious and Family Graveyards under Conditions of Public Ownership of Grave SitesAbstract: The article is devoted to the problems of creation and functioning of religious (confessional) and family graveyards under conditions of graves being referred to objects of exclusive public property. The author of the article offers to make particular changes in the effective legislation aimed at expansion of guarantees for burying a deceased person with due regard to his will as well as provision of the same guarantees for religious organizations.
